Hi Rosalinda,
I am always for saving these older properties if there is any way.  So many wonderful old homes have been destroyed and it breaks my heart.  I hope this one is saved.

Cynthia,

I got mixed reactions from the buyers.  Most investors want to tear it down.  Ultimate homeowners want to save it and renovate.  I like old homes too and am hoping I can find a buyer who will preserve it.  It is a shame to tear it down because it is in the old Jericho District where George Washington passed by years ago.
