Do you know your numbers? I mean do you understand how many units you must close in 2008 to meet your financial and professional goals? Can you translate that into a number of required appointments? You must be committed to a minimum number of calls and contacts per day. I challenge you to keep score and then double your calls. Commit to 10 calls per day to your database. You may call 10 and get one appointment, but if you do that diligently every day, soon you will be calling 10 and getting 2 appointments. When you can call 10 and get 3 appointments, you will be well on your way to a financially sound career. Think of it as playing baseball. Players who hit .300 or 3 hits out of 10 times at bat make millions of dollars in annual income and benefits. You can do the same thing if you will make 10 calls every day!

Bonnie - all great thoughts & this is the foundation of my 'touches' strategy for 2008. Many of the upper echelon have done these fundamentals for years and just never realize or bother to talk about the basics - glad to see you sharing and trying to educate the rest of us! Thank you.
