New to Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Prudential CNY Realty
I am newer agent, been in the business just about 4 months now.  I am working with about 8 different clients right now.  I learned the hard way that you cannot just sit back and wait for people to come to you.  To get started in this job you have to be proactive.  Go out there and build your client base.  The last month and a half I have been more active about going out and finding clients.  In that time I went from 1 to 8.  My best advice for new agents is, don't sit back and watch be an active part of the game.

Great advice to the rookies! Use your sphere, don't be a secret agent and get out to talk to people.
