What MLS system do you have? Do you like it?

My local board in the Toledo Metro area is considering changing vendors for our MLS so that we can get a more current program with more bells and whistles. We would like to have more detailed listing information. One of the biggest features that we are looking for is being able to access the MLS "online" from palm pilots, blackberries or personal Pc phones.

So if you all wouldn't mind telling me what MLS system that you have and what your likes and dislikes are of your system. So that I can be sure to set up vendors that come highly recommended.....I don't want to miss any good ones out there! But I don't want to waste a lot of time on systems that are not recommended either.

We have Matrix MRIS. I have not had problems with it. I find the information to be easy to access and reliable. Good luck

I like the web site feature because I use it to post my listings on all my other web sites. And when I send out CMAs or property searches the consumer receives them on their custom web site. It's really pretty awesom and I highly recommend it.

Kinnexus- I love it. We can access the MLS in the mobile world. We have an add on called Book a Showing, we can set appointments online from the MLS screen. Kinnexus is easy to data share as well.

We have google maps add on also. It's a client contact manager and much more.

Here in the Mid Florida our MLS was just updated to MLS Matrix, I definitely like it.

It has more features than Fusion and our old MLS. It will take some used to and they are working on minor IDX issues, but I am sure is here to say.
