Hi Paul,

I know the guys who started realpros... both experienced and very successful real estate guys ...  I have seen it evolve to where it is today.  I started with a different system, but I know several people in our office who use it for their entire contact management system.  Good lead conversion system for what I see.  They were advocating blogs and podcasts over 2 years ago.

Give them a call, they are great to answer questions.

List and Sell (always use a great database management system too)  Gary @ RentonHomeFinder

Paul, VillageMaker is an extremely sweet product and your clients will love you for it.  Here is a quick run down on the product.  You get a master website such as www.KnoxCountyFriends.com or whatever name site you want to have (community site name is much better than your personal name).  Then you set up your own site with photos, blog, you can add video and some other really cool tricks.  An example of your own site would be www.KnoxCountyFriends.com/sammiller and you are welcome to check it out.  Understand that these sites are not real estate sites but personal or family sites that are designed for you to show your personal side and humanize you.  The bigger picture with these sites is that your client can post photos of their kids soccer game and send a link to out of town family, they can blog about it, they can take a cell phone photo at a ball game and instantly upload the photo to their site...it is absolutely amazing how slick and how easy it works.  The coolest thing is when you give one of the sites to a buyer who you just sold a home to...you can set up the account with photos of their new home...they will instantly want to share their new site with all their family, friends and coworkers...and the site is softly branded with a small banner add for you and the banner is a link back to your site.  Once their friends see the site they can either subscribe to the site or click on the RSS feed for regular updates.

Hope this helps!
