"Old Dog" wags tail in greeting!

Real Estate Agent with Everyone Knows

They say it's "tough to teach an old dog new tricks" but I hope to prove them (whoever they are) wrong. Blogging is a very new experience for me but I am a firm believer in stretching the 'ol comfort zone --- so here I am. I guess the trick is to get comfortable sharing the "Good News" about the Real Estate business and, in turn, about my Virtual Tour Business here in the north east portion of Michigan's Lower Peninsula.

Well, in truth, things are pretty terrific! AnJ State Wide Real Estate, (where my R.E. license is posted), had one of it's best years in 2007. I shared that with a potential customer the other day and she asked me if I could expound on just why it is that AnJ is doing so well when other agencies seem to be really struggling to keep their heads up.

Actually, I think a combination of things have caused our success. First and foremost, our office is filled with proactive professionals of extremely high integrity. In turn, we are a small group of specialists. Among our crew we have a specialist in lakefront properties, one in hunting and vacant properties, one in handling BPOs for foreclosures. And of course with my company, KEY GRAPHIC SOLUTIONS having a desk at AnJ as well as working out of my home, we are the leaders in Alcona County in posting quality 360° virtual tours on line.

As a Real Tourvision Dealer, I have THE "people", the software, and the expertise to be able to offer the finest tours available. My client list is growing slowly but surely. I know that agents here in Alcona County are a little more than frightened about spending money on anything, much less a virtual tour. My hope is that as some of my Real Estate colleagues check out this new blog of mine they will become less frightened about the prospect of ordering tours and will stretch their own comfort zones by giving me a call.  I may be an old dog, but I don't bite. A virtual tour is a tool, my friends, a wonderful, cost efficient tool designed to help you sell homes and much more. Until next time....

Christine, congratulations on graduating into the electronic age.  I still haven't progressed to virtual tours, my main issue with them is the fish eye look that distorts the rooms.  But, I always make sure there are several views of each room.

Blogging is also new to me, and I have to admit I wasn't all that interested in the beginning as a new blogger.  I have to say now I am hooked and I love to blog.  I am having a great time on active rain.
