What you should know about me

By
Real Estate Agent with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty-Sequim

Growing up in Washington State, Sue Eller’s roots are deeply embedded in the Pacific Northwest.   A creative spirit, Sue’s passion for music led her to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in just three years. She then relocated to California where she spent over twenty years as a music editor, honing her ability to exceed standards under tight deadlines with the utmost accuracy and setting herself apart in the fast-paced and highly competitive world of network television.

In 2006, she decided it was time for a change and her love of homes and working with people led her to a new career in real estate. Taking the time to learn every facet of her craft, Sue grew her business during the most trying real estate market in modern times, hiring a team to meet her impeccable standards of client service. As a top-producer and recipient of a number of client service awards, Sue has been a top producer at Dilbeck Real Estate and now is also able to bring her unique perspective and passion to Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in Washington State, thereby enabling clients in both locations to benefit from her expertise.

Primarily a listing agent, Sue employs unique methods for marketing her clients’ homes, including personally produced videos and an artist she hires to create stunning watercolors of each listing. Her ability to focus on every detail and provide on-the-spot troubleshooting has been fine-tuned over the years, notably by her years of working in what she calls, “the pressure-cooker world of television.” It is those skills that allow her to provide exceptional service to her valued clientele. As an SRES designee, she is also able to provide an extra level of service to seniors and their housing needs.

Sue’s clients value her diligence, attention to detail, and her sincerity. She strives to be the type of agent that she herself would want to work with, and in the highly charged world of real estate transactions where patience is often tested, she knows the importance of having a Realtor who can maintain a calm demeanor and a level head. Sue’s worked by three guiding principles that have never wavered: be genuine, work hard and follow the “golden rule.”

“My wife, daughter and I can’t say enough good things about Sue Eller: her tenacity, hard work and her ability to take and approach that sets her apart and above realtors we’ve dealt with in the past….far and away the most creative, hard working and focused of them all!”
Kirk Kopic (buyer and seller)

“Your negotiation skills, endless patience, incredible work ethic and flexibility enabled my wife and I to find the perfect “nest” for our son two weeks before his birth!...the dedication you provided to our goal was steadfast and unwavering. With deepest graditude from our growing family.”
 Arthur and Taline Partikian. (Buyers)

“I hope you realize just how much your hard worked helped me in prepping and selling my mom’s house, even in a down market.  WOW! All the cleaning and staging you did worked just fantastic! Your advice was invaluable. Thanks you from the bottom of my heart.”
Chuck Bremberg  (son of former Mayor Ginger Bremberg)

“I would like to express my sincere thanks to Sue Eller for doing an outstanding job helping me to sell my home,,,she went above and beyond in helping me …physically coming to my  home to do the  painting, rearranging, decorating assistance and implementation. As a single mother I very little spare time to devote to the task of selling my home, but Sue stepped in to help. Her advice and support throughout the sale process was wonderful and invaluable to me. “
L. Johnson (seller)

I am thrilled to be able to call the Olympic peninsula home again after over 30 years of living in California.  I have spent hours wandering the area with my camera, trying to capture the beauty here. This video is a compilation of photos that give me a sense of peace. I hope you enjoy! I am thrilled to now be able to do what I love (selling homes!) in the best place on earth.

Sue... I am seriously considering a move to Sequim. My friend Linda Strack raves about it. I am in the process of receiving a settlement ("the checks are in the mail") and I need to invest it. I officially retire 6/30/16 but can move any time since I am paid thru then. I'm coming up to see Linda over Thanksgiving week. Am sure I have to nail down what to do with settlement, taxes, etc. I have always rented (couldn't afford Southern CA house prices as Lutheran, then public teacher). I've seen several that I like, but I don't know yet what is best to do with $$. Will be speaking with financial advisor ASAP.
