I won't delete your comment, we get better rates than most! We fund in 50 states and did fund over 150 million last month, the more volume you send the investor's the better your rates are and more ysp you get.  See my main page and listen what CNBC said about Amerisave!

PS>... you are an upfront mortgage broker..... still doesn't mean anything.... I took a loan from two people at the same time that were upfront mortgage brokers. My fees were zero and my rate was still lower....  again, each  mortgage is case by case... but you won't understand this.  You are a sales director... you need to sell to realtors and loan officers...  you need to sell to clients. That's the difference between you and me....  you sell, I actually understand the mortgage process and how to help people. It's called customer service, not the best price. And if we went head to head on 5 clients, I could prove to you that they would get better service and follow up from me. When you chop price down to the bare minimal, you can't offer all of that and great knowledge and experience. As any loan officer that has been in this business for over 8 years and they will tell you the same. Well, any LO that understand how this all works and gets what I am saying...

We all sell what we have to sell. Some sell well. Some don't. Thanks Jeff, for exposing the many flaws in Steve's pitch. The marketplace inevitably will do the same.

By the way Steve, being big didn't save the dinosaur did it? Didn't save Lomas and Nettleton, Margarettan, Fleet, New Century, First Franklin, Ameriquest, Countrywide...either. My 2 cents.

Hello to all,

 This email is going torward the angry one's. I didn't post this to get comment's about me having no experience because I have 8 years. So Jeff I can sell not just talk, also Realtor's that join do not give any of their commission that is only if they want to join one of the programs we have for them, please do pay attension and READ. Amerisave has been in the business for over 7 years, funded 6 Billion in loans and they just rolled out their business partnership 8 months ago. We do FHA that was on the powerpoint again just open your eye's. One main thing also is some one had said we all get same pricing (how long have you done this) we do not all get same pricing. For one the more you do in volume the better pricing you get, do you really think you can get the same pricing if you submit 1,2,5 even 10 million dollars in loans a month to a company when we submit and close 100 to 150 million a month. You have never had the volume to get better pricing if you didn't think you could get it. The more you do the better pricing you get, and that goes with anything!

 For anyone to say they see a flaw in my pitch, it wasn't a pitch! Just information, I wasn't trying to take anything away from anyone, only give more options. Everything is not for everybody, I have great friends in the business who own's broker shops and even fund their own loans. I still am very much friends with them and will always be. I am NOT trying to pushing Amerisave on anyone I just wanted them to see what is on the table because many people do not know about the program. Remember, Everything is not for everybody!
