Yes for me in Birmingham Al. as I hope it is for all of you, business has picked up and people are coming out of hibernation. The weather here has been great and my phone is ringing again. Yes I'm back to 6 to 7 days a week showing houses, what a wonderful feeling. It seems that my buyer clients are more confident about the market and are ready to make a commitment which makes our job so much easier. Rates are great, sellers are ready to sell, the birds are chirping, IT IS a great time to buy a home. Good luck to everyone
