This afternoon there is an open house form 1pm - 4pm at 5879 W Cochise, Glendale, AZ 85302. You may have seen a flier on your door, or met me in person as I walked around the neighborhood this past week to let you know about the open house. The home is 1,596 square feet, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The asking price is $247,000.
The home is less than a quarter mile from the public library, and is within walking distance or a short bike ride to Glendale Community College.
The home is well kept in good condition, unlike so many of the foreclosures and short sales that are on the market these days.
If you are looking for a home in Glendale, Arizona I hope to see you there, but if you are looking for something else in the area feel free to search the Arizona MLS on my web site. I don't require you to provide any contact information to look around.
