Manufactured Housing

By
Mortgage and Lending with WR Starkey Mortgage, LLP.

If you have been looking for a manufactured home mortgage then you just connected with the regions #1 source for MH mortgage loans. Our company is 100% dedicated to serving people in this badly underserved market. I guess if it were easy then everone would be doing it, right? Manufactured home mortgage is pretty new considering that 95% of all manufactured paper were financed as  home only transactions and the investment vehicle used to secure them were ABS (asset backed securities) not MBS (mortgage backed securities). The number of companies that truly know the construction process from lot prep to final inspection, inspections needed for every different market & situation (and they are many), the sales and management process from meet & greet to FUNDED are very few. I am that person, we are that company.

I've been in the manufactured housing industry since 1993. I started, humbly, as a set up crew laborer, bought the company a couple of years later and ran dedicated freight & setup/service for Reman Ind. My sales career started with Wayne Frier home centers in 1998, I opened my own sales center in 2000 in Phenix City, Al.
I've worked for two corporate stores as GM but my passion is construction and financing.
Land/Home manufactured finance is my specialty. The HomeTownAuburn staff, having 2 originators as previous general managers, has the experience to correctly evaluate your buyer, loan and program, total #'s showing what you net up front and the over-all project step by step... every time!

The fact is that most loan officers and lenders do not understand these unique properties, at all. A mistake on their part will cost you money every time! Our business depends on you. Over and over again...
