Is now a good time to buy a home at Seapointe Village? IN MY OPINION (I am not a realtor), I'd say so, especially in the North Beach building since you can feel good about the fact that this Seapointe Village building is currently undergoing major renovations to be completed in May. A new roof, windows and doors and siding (if that's what you call it) are being redone so after your purchase you won't have to worry about whether the building
will need major work like this or not. So come on down and look. Here are some listings from Jewell Real Estate Agency throughout the beautiful Seapoint Village resort. Ask for Joyce - she is the best on the island!
Also rates are low and won't stay low forever.
