Conway NH Real Estate News - Saco River at risk for flooding!

By

It's pretty hard to imagine a beautiful summer day floating down the Saco in a kayak or inner tube looking at this frozen mess taken from the bridge in Center Conway today.

According to an article in the Conway Daily Sun today, the Saco River is at a very high risk for flooding. In fact, they say that rain and an extended warm spell could create historic flooding here in Conway and North Conway. All the snow we have accumulated this winter will eventually melt and need to go somewhere and the Saco River is usually the place to go!

Kind regards, Jim

Yuck. I hope we can stop the flooding but with all that snow...it's a pretty scary possibility!
