Have Renters, Looking for Investors!

My company offers property management services, and we have recently received several inquiries for small, single level homes in Anthem Merrill Ranch, with rental rates anywhere from $800-$950 per month. There are even a few looking for lease options. Unfortunately, there currently aren't any available rentals that meet this criteria (that I know of.)

If you know of any investors looking for a great deal on properties that can be rented quickly, please drop me a line at randy@buyanewhomeinaz.com. I know that Pulte is currently offering aggressive pricing in the community, single levels starting in the low 100's.

I am in Oregon and I specialize in Lease Options, may I suggest you place an add in your local community newspaper saying you have people looking to lease option properties. You will be amazed at how many sellers will call you that have never thought of this as an option.

Randy, since you posted this blog do you still have a strong demand for rentals and/or lease option purchases in Anthem at Merrill Ranch? We love what the community has to offer as well as some of the pricing on their homes. Would like to acquire some investment properties there.

Hi Joyce & Terry!

So sorry for the late response, but there have been some major changes to our business in the last week or so! As you may recall, Jessica Sulliman is my wife (she was your sales agent at Pulte.) Jessica has since left Pulte and has now joined me full time. Her official license change will occur on or after May 14. Also, my company is separating their property management division, so I no longer can be of much help personally with potential renters, but I can refer you.

I can tell you that the rental demand is still very high for the community, and I don't see that changing any time soon. Actually, once the waterpark is open for the summer, I see the demand increasing! You simply can't go wrong with Anthem, and you will get higher rents than if you purchased in a neighboring community. There are currently so few rentals available, your competition is mimimal.

If you need local real estate representation, Jessica and I are always happy to help. Since Jessica truly is the expert, we intend to focus mostly on Anthem at Merrill Ranch. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to use her knowledge and no longer have to represent the best interests of the builder!
