As a resident of Castlewood in Highland Village, TX, your annual HOA dues go for more than just "management fees".
Castlewood is, in my humble opinion, the best neighborhood in Highland Village. This quaint community is vibrant, active and has an outstanding board of directors and volunteers that put on fun and exciting activities for its residents.
The Back to School party is a way to bid farewell to summer (at least by the school year starting, not the temperatures!) with friends and fun. Hang out at the pool under the fancy shmancy new pavillion, eat pizza and snow cones, and take goofy pictures in the photo booth. The party is from 6-8 pm but if I know my neighbors, the fun won't end at 8!
Bring your towels and have a blast!
