I need some input on Zillow co-branding? Has anyone had any success with Zillow advertising? They offer this program that allows Lenders to Team up with realtors and share the cost. I this a selling point to any of the realtors currently advertising on Zillow?
Some of my loan officers are thinking about doing this and I just need the Rains input..
Any input or guidance would be appreciated..
