Interest rates jumped May to June and has had an affect on buyer activity. Also loan officers are feeling the pinch as refinances have stopped. Another key indicator we are seeing this month is how the number of new listings is way up compared to a year ago. But with a lot of new listings and less buyers, the brakes have been put on the market so homes now take days to sell instead of hours, and the number of multiple offers are in the single digits.
