Last week Realtor.com added a new section on called "NEW HOME COMMUNITIES". This allows the builders to advertise their floor plans and communities on Realtor.com.
Our local board in Huntsville Alabama has been very opposed to publishing information about new homes to the syndicated sites like Trulia, Realtor.Com, Zillow etc. Of course those of us who represent new construction wanted to enable everyone to search on new homes.
As a Realtor representing a builder - I think it is a great. But I am sure that some may not feel that way what are your thoughts?
