A well known area attorney owner of a title company had a fatal heart attack while giving a training class assisting our local real estate community. Last week on an exit that I use to go to this sports bar to watch TV and grab a burger someone came down off the ramp fast and plowed into another car flipping it, killing one. I was right there inside eating lunch when it happened and if I would have come later it could have been me.
