Hi J Phil,
This post speaks to the importance of good communication. Best of GREAT success to you always!
Hi JP...Tell us you are going away and how we can best reach you. It's good to know if you don't expect to have phone service but can be reached by email or the other way around.
And even if you are on vacation for two weeks please let check your email and/or cell in case we do need to reach you.
Kate
J Phillip. I read the post, and now I'm sitting here scratching my head as to what may be causing you some stress this week... Give me a minute, and I'll figure it out...
Philip, sometimes short is sweet (when short is not associated with sale...lol)
Love
Your
Post!
Brief and to the point. Hope they're reading your post while they're out of town (not likely)!
Could you be any more ambiguous? This may just be the shortest post I've ever seen! But your point is well taken!
Even better when they leave right in the middle of the negotiation process! Sometimes you have wonder....what are people thinking!!
So True!! But not only do they NEED to let us know when they leave, but they also NEED to let us know when they are coming back, or if someone is going to be using the place in their absence. Don't you just hate walking in on sleeping people, or in the Shower.... even after always knocking... so embarrassing for everyone!!!
You've really outdone yourself this time, J. Philip. Bet you didn't know it would get you featured.
That had to be the longest post I've read on AR ever! Ha! I'm guessing this was an experience you have had recently?
I know that feeling of frustration. I had a client move out o state and never answered her voicemail or emails. How was I to present an offer? We parted ways.
Well, J Phil, I can always count on you for "sarcasm and irony"! Glad you have your disclaimer on the side.
You never visit AR anymore and when you do all you can come up with is three words?
