Hi Phil, I had cleints that went on their trip the same week they make an accepted offer for a foreclsoure with 20 day settlement. 2 weeks away, not that bad except where they were going had no cell or fax service. It was not a very easy situation and one realizes that some people no matter how well off, just don't have a clue.

Hi JP...Tell us you are going away and how we can best reach you. It's good to know if you don't expect to have phone service but can be reached by email or the other way around.
And even if you are on vacation for two weeks please let check your email and/or cell in case we do need to reach you.

So True!! But not only do they NEED to let us know when they leave, but they also NEED to let us know when they are coming back, or if someone is going to be using the place in their absence. Don't you just hate walking in on sleeping people, or in the Shower.... even after always knocking... so embarrassing for everyone!!!
