Just published and I must say things appear truly in recovery. Nevertheless, all real estate is local and while statewide stats are often encouraging, your market is your market and it may not be as "happy" as the one next door. I agree Real Estate is local and in this area, sales are up and inventory is down, we are seasonal so hopefully more homes on the market shortly.
