This market report is for August 2013 and covers 4 and 5 bedroom homes for sale in the cedaredge area of Delta County, Colorado.

There are 35 active listings on the market that have 4 or 5 bedrooms. These range in price from $64,900 to $459,000. A wide range of property styles and sizes are covered. There is something for everyone. The lower price range reflects properties that need some TLC. Of this active listings, 6 are manufactured homes.
