Benchmark 10-year notes extended their longest winning streak in six weeks as the nation prepared to sell $34 billion of two-year notes, the first of three auctions totaling $98billion this week. Treasuries rose yesterday after U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Syria will be held accountable for using chemical weapons. A report yesterday showed orders for U.S. durable goods fell last month, reducing bets the Fed will begin dialing back its bond-purchase program
My position on MBS stays Long.
