There's still time to register to compete in the 17th American Memorial Triathlon to be held at Greenwood Lake, Sunday September 8th. A fun event for all to promote proper nutrition and exercise.
Rain or shine, the event will combine a half-mile swim, 16 mile bicycle ride and a four mile run and is limited to 300 competitors. Pre-registrations can be completed on-line at www.americanmemoraltriathlon.com at a cost 
of $75 for individuals and $170 for teams. Race day registration will only be available if there's space, and will be at an additional cost of $5.
Check in is Saturday, Sept 7th from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park, or on raceday from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.
