Danville Home Sales July 2013
The home sales activity for the month of July:
- 80 new listings
- 26 homes went under contract
- 76 closed sales
July 2013 vs July 2012 Danville Sales
Home prices for Danville were up 9% on average for the month of July 2013 as compared to July of 2012 and selling in about half the time as the previous year. Also, sales prices are closing on average 1% of list prices and some as high as 6%.

As the chart indicates prices are holding steady with a slight decline from June. It may be that for the time being prices are leveling off especially as we head into the Fall season.
