This evening I got a call from a real estate agent. I recently met him (maybe 2 months ago) and I really like/respect him. He is very impressive, and I'm sure he will go far (in fact he probably has already). He has a real entreprenurial spirit, and he's definitely someone I would like to know better...just on a professional note, as I'm sure we can help build each others' busienss just by sharing ideas.
Anyway, he called me this evening and said, "What a coincidence." You just met with my mother-in-law today about carpet. She called me about clearing out the room in the basement, and I was about to give her your name, and then she said that she met with a girl...and of course, you are the girl!
That was cool! He said he can clear out the room in the next week or two, so hopefully, we'll be doing that job soon. It's a tiny job. But, I don't care, because this is a big win for me. He was discussing a new networking group that he is forming, and I plan on attending soon to give it a try.
