Rodin Square, a project that would bring a 63,000-square-foot Whole Foods grocery store and 293 apartments to 22nd and Spring Garden streets has hit a snag.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment granted the Logan Square Neighborhood Association a continuance on the case so that a traffic engineer can examine how the new center will affect traffic patterns in the neighborhood, according to PlanPhilly.
The development will replace a Best Western hotel that currently operates on the site.
