You make a lot of sense, especially the part about the trails. When you can give a prospective buyer access it makes the property that much more appealing.

Bob the pictures are to die for. I could hardly read your words as I kept looking at the wonderful treat Mother Nature (and your excellent photography provided). I really like the water and trail shots, so sharp and well thought out.

In Chicago Land where I work, land is not so easy to come by. The land selling point your post refers to is very true and an excellent one at that. We are almost neighbors, my little brother went to music camp at Stevens Point years ago.
