There were 157 homes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 30 days with a median home price of $325,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $143.75, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Murrieta CA Condo Prices - Median: $180,000; Median SqFt: $140.64, Aug. 28, 2013

There were 59 condos and townhomes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 90 days with a median home price of $180,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $140.64, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
