Very interesting table, Jeanie, showing what little difference a price reduction makes compared to interest rates. Hard to believe every 5% price reduction equals a 0.5% interest increase.

Sharon, I'm glad that you have noticed the minimal difference an interest rate makes.  I wish that the buyers would see it, too.  It's up to us, as Realtors, to show and educate our fellow Realtors to bring the buyers to the reality of what opportunities lay before them.  Onward, ho!

By the way, I just got back from across the state from you.  I visited my best friend in Stuart.  I loved every minute of the weather!  We have been freezing here in Minnesota!
