The units in Honeygo Village are for the most part 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans.  The community has homes that were built from 2004 and later.  The builder did a fantastic job. You can expect modern spacious layouts some with hardwood floors or carpet throughout.  The bathrooms are beautiful and the bedrooms are spacious. That is unless the current owners have done some updating (not that they would need to). Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances can make for a modern feel in the kitchens.

The community itself shows the pride of ownership of the people living there. The condo association fee covers all the things you'd expect including property upkeep. The common areas are clean and maintained. As we already mentioned, each unit has at least one parking space garage. Garbage, water and sewer are included in the condo dues, with dues varying based on the size of the unit.

This area of Honeygo Village in Perry Hall rarely has a dull moment. An active night life scene as well as tons of shops and nearby necessities (think grocery store, coffe shops, quaint diners, dry cleaner, banks) guarantee that someone will be out and about at any time of day or night. Guilty pleasures abound with lots of delicious restaurants nearby including Liberatore's Ristorante, a favorite and only one block away.
