I just had a thought to share as I was doing a little roaming around the internet world and was reminded that the HARP program is available until 2015.  With the improving market maybe we should be making past customers aware of this opportunity.  Here is a link that may be useful to anyone interested in checking this out as a marketing tool

I have a customer in the Stuart, Florida area that I'm quite sure values have increased enough to be able to provide him relief from significantly higher interest rates and let him make one payment rather than the two he is currently face with.
