History and demographics

Lochsa Falls Subdivision began September 2003 consisting of 769 lots done in 12 phases.  This subdivision sold out within 18 months.  For at least 3 years there was a hive activity contractors, sub-contractors, landscapers, cement trucks, lumber delivery, excavators and more.  In the end it turned out very well.
