Founded in 1959, La Quinta Country Club members enjoy a rich heritage other clubs only dream of possessing. Most people are drawn here by golf and quickly fall in love with the beautiful desert ambiance and camaraderie among members. Although the spectacular golf and weather are the initial attraction to our club, genuine respect and interest in each other is the foundation that binds our special membership.
Today, La Quinta Country Club has embarked on its newest chapter, the new Santa Barbara style clubhouse which opened the Fall of 2009. The new clubhouse is stately, sophisticated and inviting, qualities that are expressions of who we are as a club.
The Golf
Presidents Eisenhower and Ford favored it. The pros rave about it. And, it has been a Bob Hope Classic course since 1964. Our 18 is truly a Championship course. It is in the Coachella Valley’s top five while its’ greens are “among the best on tour”. I believe it is the finest course in the desert!
La Quinta Country Club Homes
There are approximately 515 homes that either surround La Quinta Country Club's golf course or neighbor the course. Home prices range from $250,000 to $3,000,000 including seasonal rentals.
The style of homes here are eclectic...ranging from mid-century modern classics to Mediterranean style haciendas. No matter what your style, you can find it at La Quinta Country Club.
Most of the homes were built between 1978-2000, and many of the older homes have been completely remodeled. There are neighborhoods within La Quinta Country Club that have tennis courts, and community pools, and others with private pools and tennis courts.
Many border the tree-lined fairways of the golf course and they feature some of the best views in the valley! If you prefer a more private setting, there are homes off the fairway that provide gated or fenced backyards with views of the Santa Rosa mountains.
