Winter Prediction for Erie, PA: Cold & Snow

By
Education & Training with Alan Kells School of Real Estate/Howard Hanna Real Estate

Per the Almanac the Winter Prediction for Erie, PA:  Cold & Snow

So what's new?  Every year the almanac predicts Cold & Snow for Erie, PA.  Along the lakeshore Erie, PA averages 90-100 inches of snow and the 2012-2013 season dumped 106 inches.

Inland areas, especially the snowbelt, receive 150-200 inches.  Of course the ski resort, Peek 'n Peak, couldn't be happier with this year's almanac prediction. Yes, I love skiing but I am not quite ready to think about winter.

However, the Erie International Airport/Tom Ridge Field had two new snow plows on display at recent air show.

I am not quite ready to think about snow. Many Maryland retirees are ready to retire their snow shovels and move south.

Roy, I can understand. I like winter's beauty and enjoy many winter activities, but still I am not ready for winter to begin. Once it comes I only want winter to last two months. Good reason to take winter vacation. Thanks for stopping tonight.

Hi Mary...Shame on you for even mentioning winter. I'm not ready to let go of summer. Thank goodness we will not be getting that much snow down here. At least we'd better not or I'll be heading for the equator.

Hi Mary, if the Winter prediction by the Almanac is correct, it will be good for those Realtors® in the South... more people are moving down.
