History and demographics

Paramount Subdivision began April 2004 consisting of 825 lots done in 22 phases.  With the downturn in the building this subdivision had a slow start but has hung in there and is now selling very well.  For at least the past 3 years there has been a hive of activity contractors, sub-contractors, landscapers, cement trucks, lumber delivery, excavators and more.  In the end it is turning out very well.
