I noticed that sellers are no longer hesitated to list their homes nowadays. I visited my old hometown and drove around my old favorite neighborhood this past weekend and there were a few homes that were listed for sale.
According to our local RMLS, we sold over 48,000 listings for the last 12 months and currently have almost 31, 500 active listings.I see more pending signs lately, which is awesome!
