Problem with my eKey

Does anyone out there experiencing dificulties or technical problem with Supra eKey and iPhone 5? Do you have any comments or suggestion to share?

After a long delay, I finally went to upgrade my iPhone late last week. I love the new phone but I encountered several problems moving my old stuff to the new phone. My biggest problem is that now my Supra eKey is not working. I bought the lightning adapter to connect the key to my phone, but I am not able to use it to open any lockboxes.

I called Supra’s customer service twice, and after an update, phone reboot, etc, my key is still not working. It looks like I might have to purchase a new eKey fob even though we're going to change to sentrilock next month.

And then the headache of showing homes from another board that you need 24 hours to become a coordinating member to show the home.

Wika, we had to buy a special FOB insert for our iPhones where all the other non-Apple smart phone users did not in our MLS Board,because they were compatible with the Supra e-Key. (the iPhone was NOT!?

You also have to check on your phone for updates, because if it is not updated when they send it to the "UPDATES" icon on the iPhone you many not be able to get in until you add the latest update.

Hope things work out for you-it shouldn't have to be this difficult!

Thank you Raymond and Sharon & Bruce. I went back to the apple store today; it turned out that the associate there sold me the third party adaptor (instead of the original apple adaptor) even though I specifically asked for the original apple adaptor. They exchanged it for me today and my eKey is now working like a charm! I am one happy camper :)
