Al, those Little Egg Harbor waterfront home under $100,000 need some work, and the flood elevation has changed, but they are still a bargain!

Laura, Little Egg Harbor Waterfront homes do sound like a good deal for buyers now. We went through the same sort of thing here when the tornadoes came through my area of Alabama...many home owners decided to not rebuild or stay.

Laura, Looks like almost 75% were tear downs or total rehabs. I see interest increasing and now that the maps have changed we've got some solid information for buyers.

William, most buyers are very cautious now!

Nick, throughout NJ there are estimates that some 25,000 people are not rebuilding.

Bill, add to that the towns have become very user friendly, going out of their way to assist with information buyers need!
