Ed, that looks to me to be a very good plan to put in place, and knowing you, you will not only implement it, you will make it successful.

My marketing plan every year has to do with the amount of referral I will give out throughout the year. This plan has served me very well for the last 20 plus years.

Our short sales have dwindled here in our market and expireds do well if you visit instead of snail mail.
