In the continued market recovery the amount of home inventory has declined for the last 18 months. This is great news, especially for homeowners concerned about their equity. With inventory low, buyers compete more and more for homes to buy. {Corona Short Sale Agent}

Here's a graph that visualizes the market trend of late. This graph is of Corona Homes and the Days on the market they last. As you can see, since January 2012 the median days on the market a Corona home lasts has dropped from nearly 80 days down to 20 days on the market in June 2013.

You'll also njotice that since June 2013 to now, the trend seems to be climbing back up again. Could this be an indication of a cooling market? Some think so. Take for example this article from The Home Buying Institute. So if you're considering selling your California property or home, now be the time to act.
