As Sedona prepares itself for the 21st Century it has laid out the framework it would like to use and so has provided a guide for future growth. These are not regulations but guidelines and a vision for 2020 and beyond. The Plan will guide the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council,  Sedona, Arizona in making developemental decisions. It also provides guidance and communicates the community's vision and values to citizens, developers, businesses, property owners and visitors alike. The best way to use The Sedona Community Plan is to look at each chapter to see the direction the City will take in addressing community goals and actions.
