Dear LRES Vendor Partner,

LRES has a new client seeking the completion of a significant number of exterior BPOs on a go-forward basis. Given the volume of orders, however, the client has declared they will pay only a greatly discounted fee for each order. Accordingly, LRES is asking that you complete the attached survey to let us know if you are willing to accept a discounted fee for each completed BPO order. The completed order will include photos, 3 listings and 3 sold comparable properties. Each completed BPO must be returned within 3 days.
