It also took fewer days (28 days) on the average to sell a Phoenix Luxury Home in this August than it did in 2012.

This 4 bedroom home with 11,097 sq. ft. of living space sits on 1.37 acres in the Palo Verde Foothills Subdivision. The Subdivision located South of Lincoln Dr and west of 40th St, has only 28 homes. The home sold after 172 days on the market and was originally listed for $5,150,000.
