Shelley, we need to ask these questions so we can better service these folks. If they are really uncomfortable answering these questions, one might wonder just how serious of a buyer or seller they really are.
So many times a buyer really isn't sure what they are looking for. We had a potential client call yesterday who said, "I don't know if I want a house or a condo"...
