There were also 16 Cancelled Listings, 3 Withdrawn, 15 On Hold and 17 Expired
I don't know what on hold means. I do not believe we have that in my area.

Kathleen, "On Hold" should be abolished, in my humble opinion, but all it gets used for is for when agents get a bunch of offers and they place the listing on hold until they can sift thru them. I guess there are other uses for HOLD, but that is the most used. Shouldnt be allowed.
