Although rates are lower than they were in the previous years, rates are steadily climbing. Rates are getting better from the results of a stronger economy as well as strong sales in the housing and manufacturing marketplaces.


In Osceola County, FL the real estate housing market total sold dollar volume is up 41% YoY.  We are seeing very competitive marketplaces in the county.  In the 34747 zip code of Kissimmee, FL, a strong sales trend has presented it self with a 52% increase in total sold dollar volume YoY. This area is the corridor to Disney World FL where the average sold price is $271,377.


Nonetheless, it is still a good time to buy with the 30-Year Fixed Mortgage rate at 4.57% (See chart below for the different mortgage rate details).
