Montelena, developed by TransWest Housing, has low monthly homeowners association fees and only 74 homes. Their amenities include fitness, pool and spa privileges.
The guard-gated Indian Wells Country Club has several smaller gated communities within its gates, each with different amenities.
Los Lagos, a gated community of 89 homes designed by the renowned Santa Barbara architect Barry Bercus, features beautifully landscaped common areas with lakes and meandering streams with waterfalls. There are 4 tennis courts and 4 pool/spa areas.
At The Reserve, most of the homes were built between 1999 – 2002. This is a private equity club. Amenities include a concierge, security, and hiking trails. Nearly all the homes boast a gorgeous view of the mountains, valley, and golf course.
One of the most desirable private communities is the Vintage Country Club. It contains a mix of condominiums and single family homes, and offers the finest amenities for the exclusive use of its members and their guests. World leaders and major corporate executives own homes here.
The sun shines an average of 350 days a year here, and rainfall is minimal. Many of the Valley's entertainment choices are only minutes away. Interstate 10, one of the nation's major east/west corridors, is only a few miles away for easy access to all of Southern California and beyond.
