Kathy, that layout is very interesting and I like the Karting aspect too. That's the way to get your feet wet in racing. Our closest track is PBIR although not private we have rented it a few times.

Kathy, as I read your post, my husband is watching a Mecum Auction, and gasping for air when I tell him about the Thermal Track. If only we had something similiar in the Mid-Atlantic area! Hope you sell some of the villas.
